These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at lulusworkshopja.com and any orders you place with Lulu's Workshop Jamaica ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Lulu's Workshop Jamaica is a handcraft and decor studio based in Kingston, Jamaica. We create handmade decor, pop-up cards, wedding stationery, party centrepieces, wooden crafts, pennant banners, and custom event items. All products are handcrafted to order.

All orders are subject to confirmation from us. An order is only confirmed once we have agreed on the product details, price, and delivery date, and a deposit has been received (where applicable).
Custom orders require a detailed brief including theme, colours, dimensions, quantity, and any specific requirements. We will provide a quote within 24-48 hours of receiving your brief. Changes to a custom order after production has begun may incur additional charges.
All prices displayed on our website are indicative and quoted in Jamaican Dollars (J$) unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on specific requirements, materials, and order volume. We will confirm final pricing in writing before production begins.

Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Emancipation/Independence week). We will always communicate any delays promptly.
Event Deadline Orders: Please order well in advance of your event date. We recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks before your event to allow time for production and any adjustments.

Because all items are handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where:
In such cases, we will offer a replacement, correction, or partial refund at our discretion.
In the unlikely event we must cancel your order (due to illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control), we will provide a full refund of any deposit paid.
All designs, photographs, and content on our website and social media are the intellectual property of Lulu's Workshop Jamaica. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without prior written permission. Custom designs created for your order remain our intellectual property; we may use photos of your items for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in colour, size, and finish are normal and not considered defects. Screen colours may also differ slightly from physical product colours.
Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including event cancellations, loss of enjoyment, or third-party supplier failures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
